We now have dessert & marbled candles.  We will soon be adding our black collection of straight-pour candles. These will be our luxury line. 

Our dessert candle embeds are made from paraffin soy-based wax. Embeds require a harder wax other than coconut apricot wax to hold the shape of the mold.  The base of our dessert candles is still all coconut apricot crème wax. 

No, due to the nature of the product candles and wax melts are not refundable. If you received the wrong item or there is a defect please contact us at ca@luvmescents.com

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if it is damaged, defective or the wrong item please contact us immediately at ca@luvmescents.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of your items, and send them over when contacting us upon opening.

Generally, orders will be processed within 5-7 days.  Tracking numbers will be sent upon shipping. Shipping time depends on the carrier.  Wholesale  & bulk orders due to the nature of the order have a longer processing time.  The time will be discussed upon contract agreement. 

Due to the nature of dessert candles, whipping the wax causes air to get into the wax. This may also at times cause your flame to become long or wild.  This is one of the reasons why dessert candles require a little more care. You may need to trim your wick more than once in a 4-hour burn.  This is also why we recommend 2-hour burn intervals.  When you see your candle flame becomes long or wild and it starts to emit black soot or smoke this means your wick is now too high. Just, blow out your candle, trim your wick and relight it.  May sure that after the initial first burn to trim your wick every time before you light it. 

Our wooden wicks are made from only 100% Natural wood from Sappy Fruit Trees sustainably sourced in the USA. They are vegan and non-toxic making them eco-friendly.

Wooden wicks create a unique horizontal flame.  They create an alluring crackling sound when burning for added ambiance. Being rigid, wooden wicks are very easy to use, saving time.  Wooden wicks do not mushroom, have little to no carbon build-up, no debris, and no sooting like cotton wicks.  

Both our cotton and wooden wicks should be trimmed before each burn session.  You should only burn any candle at 4-hour intervals.  Please remember to keep your wicks trimmed.   Trim your wooden wick to 1/4 inch before your first burn. Before your next burn, we suggest using candle wick trimmers to trim the wood wick to 1/4 inch again before re-lighting. If the wick is too long, it cannot absorb the wax and burn properly. Please never leave a burning candle unattended. 

Just turn your candle upside down before lighting it and removed any old debris from the wick with your fingers.  Then turn the candle right side up and light it. 

Our crystals/gemstones are mainly used for aesthetics.  But many believe that the different colors offer energy and healing elements/powers among other things.
